permanent focus, in all our project activities. Each and
every employee is an active contributor to this
process. To structure this effort, SIP is certified ISO
9001-2008 and ISO 10006.
Quality Management &
SIP is certified ISO 9001
for more than 10 years and it is certified ISO 10006
since 2006. Both certifications have been awarded by
Company objectives are set once per year and closely
monitored through indicators. All the activities of SIP
are managed through processes. The 2 core processes are
the Contract acquisition and the Project execution.
SIP has developed a
comprehensive set of procedures, work instructions and
technical instructions which are regularly up dated
through the lessons learned from the projects executed
in Chennai. SIP management has put in place a large
network of resources to lead the Company permanent
improvement processes (Department Quality
Representatives-DQR, Project Quality
Representatives-PQR, Internal Auditors, and Trainers).
All together, this team represents more than 45 people.
